Top Mobile Industry Executive Joins Punch Board

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - June 26th, 2006 - Punch Entertainment, Inc., a global mobile games studio with its own integrated deployment unit, announced today that Mr. Timothy F. Walsh has joined the company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Walsh was most recently the President of THQ Wireless and is one of the most respected executives in the mobile entertainment industry. He joined THQ in 1997 and held several senior management positions there including senior vice president of international publishing. Prior to joining THQ Mr. Walsh held various sales and marketing positions at Accolade, Time Warner and Capitol Records/EMI Music. Mr. Walsh holds a bachelor's degree from Loyola Marymount University and a MBA from the University of Southern California.
