  Tobin Lent
CEO & Founder

As CEO of Punch Entertainment, Tobin is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the Company. Tobin is a veteran Silicon Valley executive drawing on over 15 years of industry experience in business development, finance and production in the interactive entertainment industry.

Tobin was most recently co-founder and VP of Business Development of Lavastorm Engineering. Under Tobin's direction, Lavastorm has emerged as one of the leading mobile entertainment software firms in the industry. Lavastorm created over 60 award-winning and commercially successful mobile applications over the past four years, and lists entertainment powerhouses like Electronic Arts, Sony, THQ, Sega, Disney, Warner Bros & JAMDAT as clients. Tobin forged key relationships with leading wireless carriers such as Verizon, Sprint, AT&T & Cingular, as well as technology firms such as Nokia, Qualcomm, Nvidia and ATI.

Tobin was responsible for charting Lavastorm's strategic direction, and establishing & maintaining relationships with today's leading entertainment firms, mobile technology companies and wireless carriers.

Tobin has over 15 years experience in the media/entertainment software space, initially working as an investment banker in Dain Rauscher Wessels Mergers, Acquisitions and Private Equity group where he completed over $1 billion in finance transactions, to later founding two technology firms as the head of business development.

Tobin received his BA in economics from Stanford University.

 
 
 
  Mike Williams
VP of Studio & Founder

Mike Williams brings over 12 years of game industry experience to Punch Entertainment, and will lead creative development and production for Punch’s mobile game titles.

Prior to joining Punch, Mr. Williams was an Executive Producer at Lavastorm Engineering creating and producing award winning titles such as Home Run Challenge 05, NBA All-Star 3pt Shootout, The Incredibles (Pixar) and many other critically acclaimed mobile games. Prior to that he worked as a Producer for Glu (formerly Sorrent), another leading mobile entertainment firm, where he managed licensed entertainment properties for FOX Sports’ award winning mobile games and IP development on titles such as Shark Hunt. Before working in the mobile entertainment industry, he worked for game publishing giant Electronic Arts managing relationships for key franchises such as NASCAR, and at SEGA of America in production and marketing for hit properties such as Sonic.

Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing Option from California State University, Fresno, CA.

 
 
  Martin Geiger
VP of Int’l Operations and Founder

Martin manages our world-class development and deployment operations in Vietnam and India. He brings to Punch more than fifteen years of experience in management consulting, software outsourcing, technical communications, and early stage investments. Education: MBA, Seattle University; BS Technical Communications, Montana Tech.

 
 
 
  Timothy Walsh
Executive Director

Most recently the President of THQ Wireless, a leading global game publisher. One of the most respected executives in the mobile entertainment industry, Tim joined THQ in 1997 and held various senior management positions in the company prior to being named President of THQ Wireless. Prior to joining THQ, Tim served as director of International and OEM sales at Accolade. His entertainment industry career also includes marketing and sales positions at Capitol Records/EMI Music and Time Warner Interactive.

Timothy holds an MBA from University of Southern California and BA in Loyola Marymount University.

 
 
  Bui Truong Son
Production Director

More than ten years management experience in the software industry. Founder of VietRose.org - the largest network of professional software project managers in Vietnam.

Son holds a Master of Software Engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

 
 
 
  Steve Nix
Creative Director

As Creative Director, Steve is responsible for leading game design and managing the art and quality of all Punch Entertainment original game titles. His debut games in this role include Gunslinger, Mobile Battles: Reign of Swords, and EGO. Notably, EGO has been nominated by the Independent Games Festival Mobile for the “Best Mobile Game” and “Innovation in Mobile Game Design” awards. He brings to Punch over 11 years of game design experience in the mobile and game console industry, working for notable companies such as Lavastorm Engineering and Electronic Arts

 
 
  Kyle Poole
Technical Director

As Technical Director, Kyle is responsible for the engineering processes and technology used at the company, as well as serving as a technical expert on all projects. Kyle brings more than 9 years of mobile game development experience to Punch. Previously the CEO and Lead Developer at Crimson Fire Entertainment, he created the hit Palm games Kyle’s Quest, Galactic Realms, and Solskia.
